The shallow profile of this dish makes it incredibly versatile; as adept at stove-top sauteing and slow cooking as it is in-oven braising and baking. A series of small self-basting bumps across the inside of the lid collect moisture during cooking and direct it back down onto the food, ensuring perfect, succulent results every time.

We offer an efficient delivery and collection service, offering AM (9am-1pm) or PM (2pm - 5pm) time slots. You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive and sign for the items ordered. We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries; however, we will endeavour to meet any particular requirements, and, if requested, can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away. Delivery/collection charges do vary and will be included in your quotation, alternatively please telephone the office for a quotation. The delivery/collection charges are based on our driver having unencumbered access to a convenient ground floor location, with easy vehicle access. Deliveries required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm) will incur an additional charge, please telephone our office for a quotation. Sorry we do not offer a collect yourself and deliver back to us service.
