Please note: We do not offer a personal collection and deliver back. For logistical and insurance reasons this is not possible. All of our hire equipment will be delivered and collected by us.
Hire Details Explained
Placing Your Order
you may telephone the office Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm to place your order. If you phone out of hours please leave your details on our answer machine and we will call you back. Alternatively please complete the online order form.
We require a refundable breakages/cancellation deposit of £100.00 within seven days of receiving your order confirmation (separate cheque to full payment for hire of items). This deposit will be returned by post after all hired equipment has been returned and checked against loss or damage (please allow approximately five working days).
Full Payment for Hire of Items
We require full payment for hire of items at least Seven days before delivery date. If this is not possible please telephone our office to discuss alternative arrangements. You will be sent a confirmation of order detailing charges each time you place or amend an order (please check all details are correct)
Please Note: We have a minimum order of £50.00. This minimum order does not include delivery charges.
Delivery and Collection Service
We offer an efficient delivery and collection service, offering AM (9am-1pm) or PM (12noon - 5pm) time slots. You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive and sign for the items ordered. We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries; however, we will endeavor to meet any particular requirements, and, if requested, can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away. Delivery/collection charges do vary and will be included in your quotation, alternatively please telephone the office for a quotation. The delivery/collection charges are based on our driver having unencumbered access to a convenient ground floor location, with easy vehicle access (please take note of number 5 in our Terms of Hire). Deliveries required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm) will incur an additional charge, please telephone our office for a quotation. Sorry we do not offer a collect yourself and deliver back to us service.
Return Dirty Service (Wash-up)
You can return your hired items dirty. Plates should be scraped of food debris, glasses should be returned empty and upright in their containers. All table linen hire prices include laundering. Cutlery must be washed or rinsed after use, even if return dirty service has been included. Under no circumstances should scourers or abrasives be used on any hired equipment. Please note non-compliance may result in additional charges.
The hire cost detailed in the order form covers a hire period of up to 72 hours or Friday to Monday hire. For longer hires we will be happy to provide a quotation.
Making Amendments to Your Order
You can amend your order at any time up to 48 hours prior to delivery of your items. If you are increasing your order we will do our utmost to accommodate you, please note that this is subject to availability.
All of our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and is supplied with full safety/operating instructions for its use. Please ensure that all those who are using the equipment are informed of the correct procedures on how to use it.
