We offer an efficient delivery and collection service, offering AM (8am - 12pm) or PM (12pm - 5pm) time slots. You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive the items ordered. We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries; however, we will endeavour to meet any particular requirements, and, if requested, can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away. Delivery/collection charges do vary and will be included in your quotation, alternatively please telephone the office for a quotation. The delivery/collection charges are based on our driver having unencumbered access to a convenient ground floor location, with easy vehicle access. Deliveries required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm) will incur an additional charge, please telephone our office for a quotation. We can offer a collect yourself and return back to us service on small orders.  Please ensure there is adequate space in your vehicle for the items ordered.

Please Note: As these tablecloths are made from 100% pure linen fibres, we operate a very strict no-wax policy.

Due to the natural fibres of pure linen, wax and oils can penetrate the fabric and are extremely difficult to remove without damaging the cloth. As these linens cannot be washed at higher temperatures without affecting the colour and integrity of the fabric, wax stains may result in permanent damage and the tablecloth being unusable.

If candles are used, they must be inside enclosed holders/cylinders, or by placing a protective base underneath to catch any wax. Wax on the tablecloths is likely to result in replacement fees being charged.
 

Styling Advice: If using on dark or rustic tables, we recommend placing a base cloth underneath for the best finish. Please also note that whilst our cloths are carefully pressed, we do recommend arranging for the fold lines to be lightly steamed out prior to use for the best presentation.
